Notes:-Llys-y-fran Reservoir walk with Sarah, Harry, Tom and Simba. Lovely day out and last day of our 2022 holiday. Last time we were here was back in September 2016, see activity 324 almost exactly 6 years ago. Boys have grown up so much since then. Back in 2016 Sarah was still recovering from her brain blood clots. Refelction on the holiday are we had a great time. Spent time on the beach yesterday at Whitesands and did some bodyboarding. Had an amazing day in St Davids and took a proper look at the city and cathederal. Not the best weather considering we had that record breaking heat wave so we only did the one beach day. Would have loved to have brought the van and camped out. The house in Llanwnda we stayed in was lovely, apart from the funky toilet smells, probably from a full septic tank... nice and quiet and only a short drive from Goodwick. Even with all this I still felt anxious, found it hard to relax. Had a text from Fran about Mum and Mark which pulled me right down. Worrying about Mum, Tom going away, my job and the crappy winter ahead..COVID, cost of living crisis... life just seems so challenging. But what an ace holiday, and a cracking summer, just got to live for the good times.
