Notes:-Walk around Shustoke reservoir with Harry and Simba. Dropped off the holiday bits at the storage crate with the van. Headed to Water Orton to pick up a sun lounger Sarah bought off Facebook market place. Only just got it in the van, no way it would have gone in the Kia. Also had a fantastic day at Middleton Hall on Sunday showing the van. Lots of interest, people seemed drawn to our van over some of the others. I guess people relate to it more than a ratty split or fake rust new beetle. 4 years today since Sarah lost her mum so shes had a hard day. Good to get this walk, was planning a ride at lunchtime but didnt get a chance. Work slow but picking up, will feel happier once Im in a permanent role. Feeling like there is something else on the horizon, like a change in commissioning in the new licence eg removal of the ols commission or something unexpected with the pipeline which may jeopardise the planned new role. Might just be my paranoia. As of September I will be back on consultation so clock is ticking for the establishment of a longer term role. Someone in the AHSN submitted a HR2 moving my banding to an 8D. The opps team said they havent but I can see the HR2 messages in my UHB emails… I still get then despite insisting they remove me from their crappy systems. I think there is something afoot at WMAHSN… some transition out of UHB possibly a merger with East Mids. Had an email just before going on leave querying my NHS service so someone is looking at redundancy liability. Im worried that the end date of December, which doesnt add up and the drop in banding are connected to further shedding staff. Im obviously out so that will look good on paper.
