Notes:-Friday after work walk with Simba. He dragged most of the way after hearing the ice cream van… first week without Tom. Poor sod tested positive for covid yesterday. Seems ok and doesnt want to come home. Also had physio at GPs yesterday for shoudler stiffness and pain. Now waking me up at night, cant lie with my arms and shoulders under my head without pain im by upper arms. Got a set of exercises to do fo rthe next 4 to 6 weeks. They are designed for adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder.
