Notes:-Canal walk. Very wet few days. Simba has kennel cough so not walking him currently. Had another physio appointment at the gp today. Shoulders much worse not able to put my arms above my head or behind my back without pain. Feels like something flairing up. Physio gave more exercises. May need some blood tests as he doesnt think its frozen shoulder. Might be an autoimmune issue. Also had another call with Tony and HR to discuss extending my secondment to March. Still waiting for the full budget cut figures for the AHSNs….
