Notes:-Another tricky week. Was supposed to be in London today but a bit behind on a few things after covid last week and being up at mums Monday and Tuesday this week. Had a meeting with the social worker and memory team on Tuesday. Finally got mum a care package of 3 visits per day starting next Monday. Had the meeting in two parts with me and Sis talking to them with mum. Arranged for them to meet Fran and Mark over the road separately. Just hope mum accepts and gets used to the help, we all think it will make a massive difference. Had to take the train again on Monday evening as the Kia is still in the garage and no sign of a courtesy car. Work wise im feeling like it’s getting quieter, also less certain. There is a band 9 in the proposed structure and 2 8Cs but i was told that any new posts would be open to any at risk staff across the network. I think I will be shoved into one of the 8cs… still cant see this being resolved before my contract ends.
