Notes:-Attenborough park walk Nottingham with Sarah, Tom and Simba. Harry on a Cubs camp. Met up with Tom so we could sort out his faulty trainers. Tom seems really happy and had a good chat whilst walking around the park. Nice to get out and forget about all the crap at the moment. Also did a face to face bootcamp on Wednesday night, it was good to be back.
