Notes:-Freezing snowy lunch canal walk. Up at mums yesterday for a flying visit to attend meeting with social worker and memory team to review care package. Wasnt sure what I would find when I arrived after the stroppy exchanges with Fran the day before. Go to mums around 10.30, bright sunshine, mum looking happy and Mark pottering about in his garden. Ross was with Fran so she had obviously been round this morning. Meeting went well, nest steps will be a provider meeting to discuss care and any changes. Meds now sorted with the carers now giving them to mum from a locked box. Judy the Memory team nurse agreed to refer mum for some physio to help with her balance. Mark attended the meeting but Fran did not. Sarah joined by phone. Still think it was important I was there in person to support Mum and challenge when needed, hard to do that over the phone. Legged it back home around 2pm as the weather was getting worse in the midlands, drove into some snowy weather but got home before it got too bad. Snowed all night and most of the day.
