Notes:-Chilly lunch walk. Snow from last week has gone but its still very cold. Interesting few days.... Got a call from the care agency on Monday to say Mum had somehow got hold of a key to her meds box and all her tablets were out of the tin and in her room. Bloody nightmare.. so Mark has bought another one, its back in place today so lets see what happens. That stressed me out as its so important mum gets her meds properly. Work has been a bit meh this week. Writing business cases and JD for new roles, doing the work then others completely re write.. for roles I cant actually apply for so focussing on handover and hoping to get most of it done this week. Got UHB OH call tomorrow morning followed by meeting with Tim and HR. Will be interesting if they flex on extending my contract by another year if I get another network secondment. Hope not...as thats the final decider. The B9 OLS director role is supposed to come out on Friday so no point applying if there is no option of a secondment. The 8C role Ive just done the BC for wont be ready to go into the recruitment approval process until mid next week. Ive loved the network roles but they dont want to take any liability and the roles are fixed term. The 8C would be a demotion. In my dreams I hope they say no extension and lets progress to redundancy, and you can go at the end of the month...Reality will be, lets drag this on, try and slot me into some shitty UHB post or allow me to apply for any secondments... lets see what happens tomorrow morning...
