Notes:-Shorter late afternoon walk to boat yard. Did bootcamp on Wednesday night. Had email from Tim today asking me to speak to Hilary about a potential role in the secure data environment. She cant meet until next Friday afternoon but lets see whats on offer... Also weight down to 95kgs so I have lost over a stone since November. Last time I was 95kgs was back in October 20218.
