Notes:-Warton while Harry was at guitar. Came back from Mums on Thursday afternoon. I was up there from monday evening. Painted Mums hall and stairs and got it ready for new carpets which were fitted on thursday. Had a lovely time with Mum, she enjoyed doing a bit of painting. Mark helped when he was back from work. Finnaly got that old carpet out which was rank... years of dog piss and crap. I got a carpet cleaner on it a few years back but it was well past needing replacement. Now there are no dogs in the house full time it should last. Next is the kitchen and utility. Sis is going to get mum a new bed and we might persuade her to get a new bedroom carpet. She needs to spend some money and this will certainly help. Also took mum for her pre op assessment to remove those lumps on her chest. Good news is they have almost gone so she doesnt need a general anasthetic. Procedure can be done under a local which is so much safer.
