Notes:-Evening canal walk. Down in Northampton today with Haz cutting Adys grass and tidying the garden. Had call with colorectal consultant this morning, Sis and Mark took mum to the hospital and dialled me in. This was the best interests meeting, consultant apologised that he had miss understood mums memory issues in the earlier meeting. He recommended mum still has a less invasive procedure to rule out bowel cancer. So no need for fasting, restricted diet other than the day before and no horrible bowel prep. So a good outcome. Sis fed this back to Fran on the group chat which resulted in a total load of bollocks coming back. Crap about us not doing enough and pussy footing around. Stupid and unhelpful comments. I’ve just ignored it, no point responding. Will use the group to feedback facts and not any personal thoughts. I am going to speak to the social worker and update on the situation. Im also going to ask for the facts about capacity, residential care and how best to approach rest bite. Will then give a response on the group so it’s recorded and factual. Fran mentioned rest bite while mark and I are away so obviously this came from her. Micro good news today as I got an offer from eBay on my old Suzuki swift wheels and found a place who will buy and collect Marions scooter. So can probably clear the crate over the next couple of weeks. Sarah seems a bit better so we may still get to go to Skye on Friday but Im not holding my breath.
