Notes:-Bently woods with Tom and Simba. Lovely muddy walk with Tom and a good chat. My new boss Sarah said we were all to stop work early as soon as the Xmas team quiz was finished. Had a really good one to one meeting. Sarah seems really happy with my work, we also seem to be on the same page about many key things. Waiss and Anne started on Monday and Melanie starts on the 3rd jan. All seem really nice people. So different from previous teams, feel more secure and confident, plus part of a very important programme of work. What a difference from this time last year. So off for Xmas over the next 10 days, still might tip 2023 miles over 800..
