Notes:-Pooley to Amington. Haz drove to pooley and did his cubs session - I went for a walk. Havent done this one for a while. Trying to fit at least 1 walk in per day to try and improve my fitness. Had stomach issues recently, seem to be getting a bit of indigestion, wakes me up at night. Think it’s eating too much, plus gluten and a result of all the stress over the past few years causing IBS. Hope its not an ulcer… Whilst the work stress has gone im still very worried about mum. Some issues over the weekend, looks like mum kicked off at Fran when she was there. Situation is very tough for Mark. Fran seems to be getting in touch with the social worker and some care homes which bothers me, Sis doesnt seem to mind but im still very wary of Fran. Overall mum seemed ok last week while mark was away. She is now walking around the house and garden with her toy cat and dog, sometimes that weird stuffed sheep. The weekend argument kicked off the usual panicking calls to get mum into a home.
