Notes:-Canal to polesworth and back via dordon hall. Hard week.... came back from Mums on Monday night after a weekend emptying the loft with Mark. Then 2 days in London, great night out with the team on Tuesday night. Shit morning on wedensday, texted sis about sending the trust docs so I could read and scan into a PDF, planned to do the financial assessment on Thursday when I was off. She kept promising to send, said they were problems with emailing photos of the pages got a call whilst outside the tube station from Sis. She was shouting at me an accusing me of harassing her, Dave took the phone off her and told me to go fuck myself.... shook me all day when I was supposed to be on my game at a workshop. They posted me the docs the following day, all very dodgy but no big deal. Its actually called a wealth protection trust, hope the LA challenge it. No sign of Mums will which I had asked to seeand had questions about e.g. am I an executor as that has a bearing on my POA. Turns out Sarah and Dave are over everything which is fine but why the nastyness... Sarah did conform Im not an executor which is a relief as I think it will be an issue with my POA if I dont have sight of the Will given that we are technically disolving Mums estate. So I think they either have the origional will and are bing pissy about sending it or its a new Will which has been darfted and signed by Mum about 2 years ago, see email trail 24th Jan 2022 which doesnt include consideration of property Mum had already given to Mark and Sarah, basically splitting everything 4 ways equally.
