Notes:-Ravenglass and the Lal Ratty stream train. Mark really wanted to do the train and Tom was keen on another walk so we compromised and took the lal ratty from Ravenglass to Dalegarth them walked back. The hike back was a bit challenging through the Escdale trails. The route marked on the crappy map we had was impossible to follow so we got a bit lost. Toms GoTrails app saved us as my phone was no use. Need to get a full OS map. Lovely day out again, shame we need to pack up in the morning. Had fish and chips at Seascale, stunning beach, very rugged terrain with Sellafield nuclear power plant in the background. Although it is being decommissioned.
