Notes:-Jacobs ladder Falmouth to Pendenis castle. Bit of a stretch out by myself. Did lots of shopping with Sas yesterday. Managed to grab myself some records from a couple of shops. Got rainbow difficult to cure - always liked the album cover and black sabbath never say die, again probably drawn by the album cover. Geoff had this one in his collection but I never did. Really nice walk today.
