Notes:-Sunday walk after shopping and getting back to normal. Got back from Falmouth yesterday, lovely family holiday. Took a trip to St Austel on Friday our last day, went to Par beach which was lovely. Had a dip in the sea with the boys. Were supposed to meet Spud but his car broke down at his campsite. Also to note we had a lovely meal at the Stable in Falmouth, Sas and Haz had the cider taster board. I also found another record shop and got a nice pinc Floyd double album, think it’s called a nice pair. On Saturday sas managed to get Oasis tickets for next July. It was a nightmare I gave up but Sas persisted. This longer walk was good to get some headspace to process a few things. Unlike past years Im not dreading going back to work, im looking forward to it. Got a visit to Porton Down tomorrow. Lots going on and plenty planned for the months ahead. Sas not great as it was her mums 6th anniversary yesterday and I dont think she is looking forward to going back to work…
