Notes:-Sat afternoon walk in the autumn sun, clocks go back tonight. Working on Toms room today and took the wardrobe to the tip in Bella with Haz. Phil starting to decorate the room tomorrow. Sas and I still debating how to paint the desk - so she ordered some farrow and ball paint samples which came yesterday. This has been a sticky issue as Im not sure the desk will look ok fully painted in similar light colours to the bedroom fittedfurniture. TBH I would just varnish it and keep the antique look.. but I need to move into the spare room to work as its too dark and cold under the stairs all day. I think it might look ok with a dark colour on the legs and draws and light on the top. Also to note this was the weekend we were planning to go to Skye. Sis and Dave have gone instead with Mark to do some jobs before they put it on the market. Not sure if we will get to go again, Im getting the no vibe.. We were there this time last year and had a lovely time, will really miss Heatherlea. Still no update on Skuds, looks like the solicitor sis used was the one she used to work for and they have messed up and been really slowed the exchange. Not sure why she used them. I still think Id be in so much shit if this was me leading on the sale of the house..Just keeping out of it its clearly none of my business. Ive got a sneaking feeling somethings not right and sis is not keeping me in the loop. Anyhow, on the positive Sas and I had a pay increase of 5pc backpaid from april. Puts me on more than I was as a B9 an the crappy WMAHSN. My NHP job is so much better than anything Ive done for years. Another interesting thing, I passed 10k recorded activity miles today, somewhere near Polesworth. Whilst my miles over the past couple of years have been low I do seem to be slowly,very...very..very slowly losing weight from 100.80kgs in May to 94.80kgs yesterday so about 1 stone drop in 5 months from 15.80 stone to 14.90. Dropping slowly every week just with diet. If I could just do more exercise it would be much quicker. Still a long wat to go to get back to 89kgs in september 2019.
