Notes:-Virtual ride through Wasdale which passes the campsite Tom, Mark and I stayed on in the summer. Van booked in for a tow ball later thsi month which means I can get a bike rack - so may be able to do this ride in real life. Evenings are too dark now for walks so no hope for cycling. Loosing weight very slowly just with diet but need to get excersise levels up. Working in the spare room now which is improving my energy levels, also more comfortable. Work getting a bit stressed and feeling the winter blues. This virtual ride helped.
