Notes:-Wellington house to Euston. Day in the office mostly going over the weird issues in the team. Big NHP announcement on Monday still sinking in, think it’s mostly positive but feels like innovation is hanging by a thread. No job loss threats for substantial posts but some will go in the schemes which will be shelved. Let’s see what happens in the coming months. Long day and bloody freezing but still good to get into the office once a week. Diet seems to be having a positive impact so no indigestion and bloating. Just need to keep to 2 meals and nothing else plus not eating anything in the evening.
