Notes:-Canal 3 miles and dog walk. Had another call on Monday morning at 3.30 am from Pennine lodge to say mum had fallen again. Turned out to be ok but lots of uncertainty around if she needed to go into hospital. Call from Sis later in the day saying she was going in but checked out ok. Also had follow up ecg and BP check at GP, ecg ok but BP back up. Seems to be ok in the morning but evening is back up to an average of 140 / 95, asked to do home no monitoring for a couple of weeks. Some of this is stress I think.
