Notes:-Canal with Tom, Harry, Mark and Simba. Another stunning spring day. Had a lovely couple of days with Tom and Mark. Meal at Simla last night and a good catch up plus film which I havent seen for years - Star Wars episode one. Mark left around 3 and followed us to the toll roundabout. Got him in the right lane and he headed home. Kept an eye on his progress via find your iPhone. He called me on his mobile from tebay services so he is getting the hang of the phone. After seeing Mark off Tom and I drove to Nottingham. Fantastic weekend, now dreading tomorrow at work. May just take myself out of the picture. My BP was high normal both readings today so I suspect stress is pushing it up during the week at work. Got to look after my health. Will see how crappy tomorrow morning is….
