Notes:-Up in preston for a meeting with UCL about robotics. Really interesting session looking at the formation of a robotics cluster in the region. Links into my cleaning robot project. Also had a look at the LAMP lab which I had some links to during my test and trace days. I couldnt resist a walk around Preston and a trip down memory lane. Walked down from the station to Hartingdon road to see our old student house. It hasnt really changed. The town and university have changed quite a bit. Walked up to Whitingdale hall and that looked just the same. Starva link shows walk to to university but not the return walk hence recording 4 miles. Fascinating to think that small area of Preston was our life for 3 years. Poor mum was back in hospital this week after another fall, she was discharged after a long evening and night. Sis was with her so she was well looking after. Also sad news that Ross had to be put to sleep.
