Notes:-Sunday burn off. Slow and steady trying to avoid showers and some very poor and stupid drivers. If I can get back into the habit of two to three rides per week mixed with walks that would be ideal. Got back from our amazing Oasis weekend in Cardiff yesterday. Sarah drove them up as van and Haz drove me back in the Yaris. Really wet packing up the camp so we spent yesterday afternoon drying tents and kit. I went out for a few drinks with the quiz group, Sas not to good so stayed home. Sue and Sonic came out but they went home when we got to the Spread.
