Notes:-Late afternoon walk, very sunny and warm. Needed it today as I wasnt feeling too good. Let Eamonn know about my depression, though I needed to tell him as my line manager. Set off in my hoodie but quickly realised I didnt need it so dropped it back home. Came home from Marks on Saturday. Had a good visit with Mum, Mark thought she was much better than last time he saw her. Mum was quite bright and remembered my name when I walked in which was lovely. Drove home Saturday night. Yesterday Sas had her big choir performance at the assembly rooms in Tamworth. Really lovely to see her performance.
