Notes:-Afternoon walk. Signed off sick for 2 weeks after hitting rock bottom last Wednesday. Got up feeling really low but tried to get my self together to go into London. Got to the station but could not face getting on the train. Never felt this bad so it was a wake up call. I think the news on Sis last week finally hit me. Sarah said she was expecting it… Also side effects of the meds with ringing in ears, nausea and some discomfort in my left eye werent helping. GP pharmacist suggested stopping the meds to see if that helped. Stopped on Sunday and feel a bit better today. Also got a face to face meeting with the talking therapist tomorrow. Spent the weekend up at Marks and saw mum on Saturday and Sis in Newcastle on Sunday. Had a lovely afternoon iwith Sis, Dave and the kids. Hard to see how Sis was with her eyesight and coming to terms with a shit diagnosis. Just need to do what we can to support them. Mark seems to understand whats happening and we had plenty of time to catch up. Had dinner at the old shoe shop in Brampton on Saturday night and a few beers at 41. Watched the Christmas light switch on after we got back from Newcastle and a couple of beers in the Howard Arms. Mark was also looking after Aunty Sarahs dog Chocy while Jason and Charlotte were on holiday. Lovely little sausage dog but needs lots of training and not something Mark wants to take on so she will probably need rehomed.
