Notes:-Walk from Adys to Tesco extra. Down while Sas and Ady went to Mumford and Sons at the O2 in London. Drove the T6 to give it a proper run out after the battery went flat last week. They got back around 2am and I drove home. Adys house was freezing and I didnt want Sas staying over or attempting to drive back. Really dizzy today, went to GP yesterday to get my ears checked. They were clear so the nurse prescribed Betahistine for Ménière’s disease which is a condition which causes ringing in the ears and dizziness. I noticed the dizziness when we were out in Birmingham to see Inside number 9 which was awesome. Went with Deb, Nick, Wendy and Pete. So I think both symptoms are related to stopping the Sertraline. Hopefully this will stop as its not helping me feel any better.
