Notes:-Second outing on my new Ribble. Got back yesterday from Brampton and Newcastle. Saw Sarah Dave and the kids yesterday lunchtime before heading back home. Sis was pretty good and it was nice for the boys to catch up with their cousins. Decided today was the day to stretch the new bike a bit more. As expected Im not very fit from a week or two of drinking a food but I still manage to knock some 20 mins of this ride since I last did it in November. Thats just nuts…. Plus one PR and several silver PRs on Strava. So that probably closes up 2025 with 643 miles over 115 activities, 330 bike miles over 20 rides, 314 walking miles over 92 activities and 9 miles running over 3 activities. Better than last year but still nothing like 2021. Its been an interesting year with some huge high points with holidays and family time. Also hard with Mums deterioration, the shock of Sis getting Alzheimers and the uncertainty at work. Im past prediction of the year ahead but is suspect some difficult times so need to build on the resilience… roll on 2026, lets see what horrors and high points you have in store 😂
