Notes:-Evening turbo ride, intermittent issues with app crashing. At least it didnt lose my progress on the ride. Quite a good second day at work, keeping up my energy levels which is good. Not so good news about Sarahs job, structure of ICB came out this afternoon and her role isnt included. Most 8bs have gone so uncertain times ahead. Just miserable, know how it feels.
