Notes:-Late afternoon walk after a pretty good day at work. Getting lighter in the afternoon till about 4pm so good time to get out of the house. Getting back into my work and days not dragging like they were when I was depressed. Calls today with the PoC manager to take her through where I got to with the scope. Also call with Musgrove park on Virtual Nursing which is facing some challenges but could be truly transformative. Actual innovation which is the space I really want to capture. Harrys birthday yesterday and we took him out for dinner on Sunday with Tom. Also met Remy for the first time and she is lovely. We all went to Portabellos in Tamworth. Tom also revealed he is seeing a girl called Liv who is a paediatric nurse at QMC. Sounds like it’s going well and hopefully we will meet her soon. So many things changing at the minute, so far mostly for the better, some new beginnings. Off to London tomorrow for a workshop, first time since before I was unwell. Lets see how that goes….
