Notes:-Evening canal walk, busy day at work. Had a catch up with Sis who is starting her trial next week. Fingers crossed she gets the active treatment and not the control. Decent walk tonight needed the fresh air. Hopefully get out on the bike in the evenings more after we get back from holiday next week.
