Notes:-Lunch time ride - much colder with strong head wind into Austrey. Road very wet but other than that quite sunny. Bit worn out due to Sarah being ill since just before xmas with shingles then bad migraine - seem to have been running about for weeks. Also not good at work - just put in my response to the consultation to re shape the NHSE Innovation team. Did this just before I hit the road.
