Notes:-Dropped Tom at Scouts and headed out. Its has been an unseasonal wet day, more like november. Very heavy rain and sleet just before I left with Tom. Cleared up but stayed grey and windy for the whole ride. Got soaked on last run up the road to Pooley Park. Dr told me today I had mild osteoarthritis in both knees hence te problems with my left knee. Low impact exercise and losing weight will make a huge difference. When I picked Tom up from scouts he had chipped half of his front tooth off on a chair.
