Notes:-Sunny and dry evening, total contrast to last week. More energy, felt easier, didnt stop until Warton and knee was almost feeling back to normal. Parked at the top by the gate so slightly shorter ride but still at least 7 minutes off last week. Felt a bit pressured to get round the route as I was late starting and needed to get back to pooley to pick up Tom from scouts.
