Notes:-New route aiming at 30 miles. Boys at scout camp and Sarah in London with Emma at Take That. Pace ok at just over 12mph but could be better. hayfever largely gone but had some back pain and left knee has been a bit stiff this week. Other than that things seem to be looking up.
