Notes:-Ride with Sarah, Tom and Harry. First time on Sarahs new Giant hybrid bike. Ride to farm shop for coffee and cake. Not been out for weeks, Sarah not great, Nick still in hospital and no time in the week due to work. Doing the Innovation and Tech tariff which is really interesting work but very demanding.
