Notes:-Crappy Sunday, Sarah not great. Made worse by me arguing with her in the morning over me getting up at 6.30, rushing about tying to get everyone ready to leave at 9 to go to Northampton so we can leave at 3 in order for me to get the kids to swimming. So we didnt go to Northampton. After swimming I thought I would get out on my bike but then my seat bolt snapped going up into Orton on the Hill. So that fucked as well.
