Notes:-Still quite muggy but still quite a nice night. Yesterday was the longest day and probably the hottest so far. Sarah had to go to the hospital for clexane injections as her INR was very low. Interesting that she didnt have the really bad headaches she normally gets when the results are low. Hopeful that this could be a sign things are improving slowly. Bike ride was great though, hayfever seems to be at bay and knees pretty good too.
