Notes:-First ride since 7th November last year. Fucking awful day at work, fed up with it, cant seem to get anything right. Went out on the bike to try and burn off some stress. As ever it helped. Had no time recently to go out, either working, doing house work, shopping or driving the kids about and then working some more to try and keep up. Not getting to bed until 11 or 12 at night. Had hoped to use the turbo trainer but as soon as I look at it theres something else more important I have to do. Crap time at 69 mins but who can blame me.
