Notes:-Day off 50 mile route attempt. Started off warmish and grey but sun came out later on. Quite hot with strange cool blasts at times. So 3 hours 45 mins for a 50 mile averaging at 13.3 mph isnt bad. Aimed to get a good pace and distance so very happy with the time. Health wise I have lost 1 stone and seem to have gained quite a bit of fitness. Boot camp and diet are really beginning to help. No bloated feeling, more energy, knee pain gone and back is much better.
