Notes:-Up at Mums for a week with the boys. Sarah Mum and Dad still in a bad way, Nick on end of life pathway and Marion in Angela Grace care home. Really hard for Sarah. Work also challenging but looking at getting out and working with WMAHSN.
Tried an alternative route to usual ride to Talkin and over the tops. Much fitter now and managed to get up the Lung Puncher up to Talking and up the big hill past Turkey Hall. Quite and achievement for me, never managed this before. Ride over Forest Head is great, up and down with some big climbs and down hill sections. https://strava.app.link/YDBB3lSIBRb
