Notes:-Dropped Tom at Kingsbury pool for his Saturday morning training. Cool morning but not as cold as last week. Had great news yesterday, Sarahs blood results showed she doesnt have Lupus or APS so she wont need to go back onto warfarin. Also got offered the AHSN COO job so brilliant day and intro to xmas. Hopefully things will keep getting better for 2019.
