Notes:-Kingsbury Park Run with Sarah and Harry. First attempt at the 5k or 3.6 miles according to my fitbit. Tom in Norway, dropped him off at school at 4.30 this morning. Harry went with Adam and Lukes Mum to the park run as he needed to go to graduate to the Badgers running group. Harry did it in 25 mins, I managed 27 mins and was 202 out of 609 runners and came 25th in my age category. Felt I could do much better but dont want to screw up my knees. At Mums next weekend so wont be able to do the park run again for a week or so. Sarah did well at 42 mins, hope this boosts her confidence as she doesnt know ho awesome she is.
