Notes:-Firs time of the Pinnicle for a few weeks after Halfords service. Had brake service and new cables but gear change is a bit vague and the from chain ring selector doesnt spring back, will have to go back. Had slight left ankle pain after yesterdays park run but this didnt last long. Middle back pain still nagging. Did this ride non stop with quite a chilly headwind. Great sunday ride though.
