Notes:-Saturday morning Kingsbury park run. Dropped Tom off at Polesworth School this morning at 5am for his Norway trip. Harry needed to do the Park Run to graduate into Badgers running club. He went with his friends separately and did it in 25 mins. I went with Sarah and did it in 27 mins. Could have gone a bit faster but worried about my knees which are currently in fine shape. Sarah did a great job and finished in about 40 mins.
