Notes:-Wow 10 years of recording my activities in this system. A lot has happened since my first ride on the 12/06/2009. Not getting out as much on the bike this month but getting to boot camp. Weight is stuck around 90kgs but Im slimmer and fitter that I have ever been. After running back from boot camp on sunday I was a bit worried about my knees as I has some pain. This seemed to clear and boot camp on monday was ok. Ran the whole loop up Dunns lane into polesworth and back on the A5. So thats 10 years done and 5031 miles covered in 456 activities. My average MPH on the bike 14.5mph up from around 12 when I started. My running speed is around 7.5mins per mile up from 9.3 back in October 2010. I can comfortably run 4 miles and ride 50 but need to do more. My big issue is just finding the time. Lets see what I can do in another 10 years. Roll on June 2029....
