Notes:-First walk out after a hideous week. I had a kidney stone block the urethra at the top of my right kidney. It also tore the top of the urethra. Im sure this happened at boot camp on Wednesday evening last week. Felt like my back had gone at the end of the session. Got home but pain and discomfort got worse, eventually called 111 and saw emergency GP. He thought it was a torn aorta so we were very worried. Had low heart rate an high BP but different in both arms. Got an ambulance from George Elliot to UHCW. CT showed it was a 5mm kidney stone whith was better than a torn aorta. Had a urethral stent fitted under general anaesthetic after a very uncomfortable Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Stent worked but took this week off to recover fully. This was a quick walk around pooley park before we picked up tom.
