Notes:-Staying in Wales with the Edwards. Walk with Sarah, Harry and the dogs along the coastal path and dunes by our holiday home in Freshwater East. Ive done some serious walking this month to try and keep some fitness. Hope to get back on the bike and boot camp later this month. Ive got my op next week which im not looking forward to but hopefully I will make a quick recovery.
