Notes:-Busy week, drove up to Mums on bank holiday monday to get digs. Had planned to meet her at Lancaster but had some concern from Sis that she was worrying about getting to the right junction. Decided to drive up, boys also wanted to come. Worked from Mums on tuesday and drove home that evening. Dogs werent very clean and Simba nipped Mum so I think this might be too much to ask in future. This was my first ride since my summer solstice ride on the 21st June. Sarah was worried that I do too much so agreed to limit it to 10 miles. Really enjoyed being back in the saddle, aiming to do boot camp on sunday.
