Notes:-Walk around Bentley woods with Sarah, Harry and the dogs. Quite wet and muddy. No cycling or boot camp for the past week. Had a stinking cold which peaked on tuesday when I was in London. Also had a pretty challenging week at work with some disquiet around forward planning. There is a lack of direction which Im trying to sort out. Had a molar tooth removed on friday just for good measure, it was the one causing me tooth ache on and off for the past few months. Its been a problem for years when I think about it, played up when we were in Wales at the time I had the stent so was already not 100 pc. It seemed to be ok then would get impacted or effected by pressure or hot or cold food. Tooth ache would go on for days and wake me up at night. It had to go.... Had some side effects on friday afternoon, evening and night. Its gone now thank goodness and so has the cold so hopefully back on for boot camp and back out on the bike.
